It has the added bonus of being close to the welcoming and recommended pub The Bull. The property has delightful gardens both front and back, perfect for relaxing in and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.  The view from the attic bedroom window takes you back in time and is simply delightful. This property offers a wonderful get-away for groups of friends and can sleep up to 6 guests with 3 king size bedrooms, open plan living with a wood burning stove and French doors into the garden.  It is in a great location for walkers and cyclists and for exploring the surrounding countryside, coastline and other local attractions.  The owner of The Hollies has a vineyard locally and would be happy to organise a tour.  There is also a tennis court at the vineyard which can be booked by arrangement and parking so you can walk to Bodiam Castle along the River Rother.
