Description
Anna’s Place is a beautifully presented three-bedroom Victorian house, located in Kemptown Village and only moments away from the seafront. Great care has been taken with the interior design and the house now makes a stylish and comfortable retreat for up to 6 guests. The large double aspect sitting room with cosy wood burner for cooler days is the perfect space to socialise and the snug/TV room provides enough seating for everyone to gather for a movie night. The heart of the house is the lovely dining room adjacent to the kitchen, offering a wonderful space for entertaining and enjoying home cooked meals or takeaways from the many surrounding restaurants. Each double bedroom boasts its own bathroom and there is an extra wc off the TV room. Access to the roof terrace also has a dog flap, allowing your dogs the freedom to come and go as they please.

Out and About: East of the city centre and stretching as far as Brighton Marina, Kemptown is a mix of grand seafront crescents and elegant squares. Excellent independent shops within easy reach of the house include Kemptown Bookshop, The Butler’s Wine Cellar, Brampton’s Butcher, and The Open Bakery, as well as several coffee houses (Ground and Portland are both recommended). The Sussex Peasant mobile farm shop https://thesussexpeasant.co.uk/ is at St Georges Church on Fridays between 9 and 5 diagonally opposite the house. The beach is 5 minutes’ walk away, with something for all ages: the Peter Pan Playground, Jungle Rumble Adventure Golf, or Beach Box Sauna. The Palace Pier has an observation post dedicated to capturing the murmuration of the starlings which roost there: just before sunset between November and March is the best time to see the great flock wheeling in the sky. A short walk or cycle along the seafront takes you into Central Brighton
